We had a nice hike down from the Tioga Pass road along Yosemite Creek past the top of Yosemite Falls. The last three miles is steep switchbacks with sort of awkward rock "paving" on the top part (64 switchbacks). The bottom part was another 60-64 switchbacks, but the hiking surface was a little friendlier. All of it was STEEP DOWN.
There was a nice overlook about a mile from the bottom that gave a panoramic view of Yosemite Valley.
